Where better to enjoy your corporate team building days than in the beautiful surroundings of Bath City Farm. Fantastic views, plenty of fresh air and exercise, helping to improve the farm for visitors and animals.

Working with our friendly and enthusiastic team, tasks include path-laying, fencing, hedgelaying and planting (in season), creating animal enclosures, planting and weeding, feeding the animals and much more!

Team building days offer participants time out from their normal work place to develop team skills and achieve results while at the same time having lots of fun.

Working relationships will be developed
People have to work together and by doing so colleagues will develop more effective working relationships with both new and existing team members.
Strengths and talents
Everyone gets fully involved in the day and there are many different roles to engage in. Team workers will see their colleagues in a whole new light and will have a greater understanding of their strengths and talents.
Teamwork
Everything during the team building day clearly requires teamwork and as such team members will leave with a greater awareness of how teams work and how to make them work better. We can cater for groups of up to 40 people; groups are either split up to do smaller tasks or can work together on larger tasks depending on the activity. There will be at least 2 of our staff members on site throughout the day to give support to your team.
