Bath City Farm offers work placements for people all ages and abilities who require intensive support . We make a charge for placements because of the additional staff time this requires for activities to be done in a safe way. Our main adult volunteering day for placements is a Monday but there is availability on other days if the volunteer has their own support worker with them. We take referrals from a wide range of social care agencies and schools.

A taster day is available for placements to see if it the right kind of work for them. The volunteer is also assessed at this time to decide whether a charge is applicable.

Monthly reports (with photos) can be produced if required outlining the volunteer’s achievements and we also offer reviews every 2-3 months to assess how the volunteer is progressing.

£15 half day (10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm)

£25 full day (10am-3pm)

Placement (with care worker or placements under 18)

£10 half day (10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm)

£20 full day (10am-3pm)
