Kedric Fisher - Support Worker for Volunteers. 16 hours per week.
Originally a New Deal Placement in July 2003, Kedric is now employed two days a week. His role is to manage the 37 acre site, which includes mending fences, tool maintenance, animal care and the introduction of new animals to the site.

Helen Lerwill - Volunteer Co-ordinator. 30 hours a week.
Helen begin her career at the farm as a volunteer and progressed to the co-ordinator role in May 2002. Helen is responsible for welcoming new volunteers and managing the weekly work programme for the site which includes animal care, hedge laying, gardening and supporting the work of the community farmer.

Shiva Page - Environmental Play Ranger. 17 hours a week.
Shiva joined the team in October 2005, and is employed by Wansdyke Play Association who manage the Play Rangers. Youth and play workers have been attached to the Farm since May 2003, and her work is to build on existing play opportunities in the local area for 8- 13 year olds, with particular focus on the Farm and Rosewarn Park.

Diane Appleyard - Farm Co-ordinator. 18 hours a week.
Di joined the farm in December 2007 and is employed three days a week to ensure office systems are in place and provide administration and fundraising support to the Trustees.
