Annual General Meeting (AGM)

You’re invited to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 11th December at 11am in the Roots to Work Cafe at the Farm.

Membership & Voting

Only charity members are eligible to vote at the AGM. Membership is free for residents of Twerton and Southdown wards, and for volunteers with 6+ months of service. Others can join for a modest annual fee.

Resolution 1 To approve the minutes of the AGM held on 12 October 2024.

Resolution 2 To receive the 2024 Annual Accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.

Resolution 3 To elect Corinne Evans as a director and trustee of Bath City Farm.

Resolution 4 To elect Ben Meynell as a director and trustee of Bath City Farm.

Resolution 5 To re-elect Thomas Sheppard as a director and trustee of Bath City Farm.

Resolution 6 To re-elect Gwen James as a director and trustee of Bath City Farm.

Resolution 7 To re-elect Mike Williams as a director and trustee of Bath City Farm.

Proxy Voting

Members have the right to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf under section 324 of the Companies Act 2006 and Article 22.
