A Unique space just 2 miles from bath
Located just 2 miles from Bath City Centre, with free parking and good transport links, we are able to provide all the facilities you would expect from a modern business venue with the added extra of being set in beautiful surroundings.
The meeting room
Housed in a beautiful timber building, it is perfect for formal meetings in a board room style, seating 14 or in a more informal theatre style, seating 28, and with a digital whiteboard, projector and flip chart.
The Meeting Room is available to hire Mondays to Saturdays from 09:30 – 16:30 including set up and tidying up time. We are sorry that we are not available to hire on a Sunday.

Is via our Roots to Work Cafe.
Serving tasty breakfasts, lunches and teas, coffees and cakes.
Equipment
The training room is fitted with a projector and digital whiteboard, which is part of the hire charge.
Accessibility
The room has wheel chair access. The disabled toilet is located in the main building.
Parking
We have a small on-site car park and lots of free parking in adjacent streets. We are a short walk away from bus route No. 5 or 12, and a 10 minute taxi from Oldfield Park/Bath Spa train station.
Pricing
Farm members, community groups and charities receive a concession rate.
