This beginner-friendly course is perfect for adults (and ages 12+ accompanied by an adult) who want to confidently care for their own flock.

Led by our experienced Livestock Coordinator, Ella, the course will cover:

• setting up and maintaining your coop
• choosing the right breed for your needs
• nutrition, handling, and daily care
• how to carry out a full chicken health check
• managing and preventing common ailments

The day will include both classroom learning and hands-on practical experience with the chickens, giving you the skills and confidence to get started. There are only 12 spots available, so make sure you book onto the course soon!
