Folk at the Farm – Evening Sessions with meal
Brought to you by Bath City Farm and Bath City Roots.
Come and spend the evening at Bath City Farm in our beautiful Café building enjoying a tasty fresh meal made with ingredients grown on the farm with drinks from the bar. After the meal enjoy a showcase of folk music written and performed by local artist Beth Porter.
About Beth Porter:
A master collaborator, songwriter, cellist and artist in her own right, Beth Porter of Marshes is well established in the music world.
The songs are dark, quirky, charming and ethereal Chamber-Pop, and depict themes such as fear, confusion, money, the weather and the odd cheesy love song, all carried by Beth’s pure and unaffected voice. With a classical background, a venture into folk music, and a love of simple pop songs, there’s nothing quite like Beth’s songwriting.

Caspa Bernardo will be joining us as a chef. Caspa has worked at the farm and is a talented local chef.
Slow braised beef brisket with creamy mashed potatoes, red wine jus and buttered greens.
Followed by chocolate and cherry brownies with clotted cream ice-cream.
Vegetarian menu available.
Beetroot and goats cheese filo parcel with creamy mashed potatoes, buttered greens and vegetarian red wine jus.

There is a small car park at the farm however we ask that if you can, liftsharing, cycling, walking and public transport are greatly encouraged. More info on how to find us can be found here:
The cafe building is wheelchair accessible and has an accessible toilet.
Please select your seats when booking, get in touch if you’re a bigger group.
Any profit made from this event will go into keeping the farm free on entry and supporting the growing and mental health projects on the farm.
