As the frost begins to melt away and daffodils are able to shine again, come along to this special intimate event, led by Sarah (our Mental Health Programme Lead), to celebrate the Spring Equinox.

At the roundhouse we will listen to stories – diving deep into the myth and folklore surrounding the equinox. There will also be a spring-themed nature craft activity, where you can let your creative skills shine.

Sarah will lead a mindfulness walk as well, which will take place across the farm. Notice all of the new life blooming around you as you get a moment to relax, let go of any worries, and breathe in the fresh Spring air.

The walk will include muddy areas, slopes and uneven ground, so please keep footwear and mobility in mind.

Light refreshments will be provided.
