If you have an interest in animals then this is the course for you. Ran over 9 weeks you will learn animal behaviour, movement and handling, basic health treatment, monitory and reporting and how to care for animals in and around their enclosure.

My son is interested in doing an animal care course but will be starting his exams in a couple of weeks. He would like to experience working with different animals. Would you consider him coming on a Saturday to volunteer to gain some experience working with your animals?

Thank you for getting in touch about possible work experience for your son. I’m afraid we do not have the capacity to facilitate any work experience on a Saturday. The only day that we are able to offer any work experience is a Friday. We wish your son the best of luck!
