Bath City Farm are recruiting for a Saturday Farm Club Leader to join our Children, Young People and Families team. In this role you will be engaging children in a wide variety of outdoor learning activities including animal care, crafting, mindfulness gardening, cooking, woodwork, and conservation tasks across our 37 acres of wildflower meadows and woodland.
You will work with children aged 5-16 and lead a range of activities to improve their emotional wellbeing, physical health, self-belief and practical skills. In this post you will plan, deliver, and support the promotion of our popular Saturday Clubs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, creative and caring individual with experience of working with children. You will also have the confidence to work with farm animals, along with good knowledge and skills of a wide range of nature-based activities, and the ability to use these to engage children.
