We’ve had a long-standing ambition to replace our kiosk café with one that can offer indoor searing all yeat round. Our building plans are ready and we would like to share these with you before submitting a planning application.

We came up to see the plans and chat to Malcolm and James in January. The planned cafe looks great and will be a real asset to the farm and the community. The design materials are sympathetic to the surrounding area. I really like the idea of a community hub for events and activities or just a coffee and a piece of cake.

After visiting the Public Consultation and studying the plans with Malcolm and James it appears that a valuable multi function community asset is being planned on the Farm. Both the location and construction features appeared to be well thought through. The appearance is contemporary but with natural looking materials that should blend in well with the surroundings. There should be little of the single story building visible from behind the Hollow side hedgerow. I am more than happy to support this proposal.
